| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 30, 2009 Bottle. It’s a rather flat one, just a film of beige bubbles on top of a hazy, orange-golden body. Slightly oxidized, fruit-syrupy nose with citrus and notes of alcohol. The flavor has a vegetal hint, but is mostly on the fruit-syrupy, citrusy side. Peaches, some alcohol and a little bitterness as well. The bitterness builds, and gets well balanced with the sweetness in the finish. Full-bodied. Sure, it’s a decent beer, but it sort of reminds me of a homebrewers attempt on a Belgian.
