Commercial Description:

Dark brown beer with a light brown head. The aroma is a mix between some different styles i think. Its quite roasted with some dark choholate and even some smoke, then it has a spiced side and to mix it up there is a scent of dark fruits and cane suger aswell. Flavor is a mix also, roasted bitterness mixed with sugery sweetness and a fruity and spicy mouth aroma. I enjoy all the different parts of the beer, just not sure how well it worked together.

clear dark amber, smooth lacing light brown head. aroma is quite smoked, slightly sour, caramelly sweet. flavor is very smoked, charchoal, bitter, ends burnt-plastic bitter and smoked. definetly infected and a bad one. This is the first ever possibly infected beer i’ve had from hornbeer, who usually hold very high standards. If it’s not infected somebody accidentially added 10 times the intended amount of spices down my bottle.

Bottle 50 cl. Hazy dark reddish amber with a small, off-white head. Nose is rich with sweet spices. Quite full-bodied, spicy ginger - perhaps even a whiff of chili? Caramel and fruits. Very subdued bitterness. 221009

Red-mahogany color; creamy head. Classic cinnamon aroma, mixed with caramel; dusty. Caramel flavor, with the necessary sweetness, a touch of cinnamon, liquorice, anis seeds and a bit dusty too. Because of the sugars, it’s quite pleasant.
