Tap at ølbaren. Came out with 90%head which meant the carbonation was gone when the hed had settled. It had a wierd murky grey brown look and a grumsy grayish head aswell. Not very aromatic but some cranberry is in there. Flavor was abit wheaty with the bitter cranberry in there, overall not impressive.

Nov 23, 2009 Bottle at EsBF09. Good citric aroma, smells a bit of nice grapey lambiek. Cloudy red brown colour. Small creamy light brown head. The flavour is sweet and nicely citric, a lot like fruit or berry juice. There a distinct smokey note as well. Surprisingly good and well-balanced.

Nov 14, 2009 Bottle, 50cl. Pours a muddy brown beer with an offwhite/beige head. The aroma is berries, acidity, smoke and phenol. The flavor is cranberries and smoke. The palate leaves some scidity from the cranberries. Overall a complex beer.

Nov 1, 2009 Bottle. Muddy brown body with a frothy light beige head. Fruity, bit tart berry aroma and yeast. Yeasty, light oaky and very fruity flavour with a tart berry like bitter finish. The alcohol is very well hidden.

Oct 28, 2009 Sample at Esbjerg Beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy brown. Aroma and taste are rich fruity with lots of flowers. Nice bitter finish.

Hazy deep ruby red color, steady creamy pinky head. Nose has redwine and oak. Fruity cranberry flavor, a bit sweet, not sour as expected, some oaky notes. Hints of smoke, wet wood in the finish. Interesting.
