Found in a somewhat bigger store in Germany en route to Plzen (I forgot the name of the... village?), purchased by and shared with ogivlado (thanks!)
These guys are apparently the only brewery in Bayern that uses its own hops, malt and water. Cute. Did it help? Hmm... dunno. It poured a lemony darker yellow body with a medium sized thick white head that took its time to go away. The nose is dominated by a sticky grainy maltiness, with some lemon to indicate the presence of hops. A smooth, silky even mouthfeel that gets dry and unfortunately brings out a vegetable taste that falls somewhere between between beets and carrots. Just a little yoghrurtey. Odd, rustic, not the greatest beer around but kinda drinkable and interesting in a way. Not that it’s a good beer.

Bottled(500ml). -from some supermarket near German-Czech border.
Lemon yellow coloured, medium sized white head that went away fast, grainy lemony nose. Malty, boiled vegetables (cauliflower and carrot). Quite dry finish. Interesting beer, but nothing more than interesting.

Bready malt nose. Morning urine yellow, low lacing head. Malt dominates the flavor and is also cloying the aftertaste. Not exactly very pilsenery, more like a run of the mill Helles with a herbal exit.
