Flavor: Obvious apple flavor with less spice, but a nice tart finish to the swig. Best when served quite cold. shrubber85 (2910), Wallhalben, Germany

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 17, 2005 Refreshing but not amazing. Picked up at Woodman’s as part of a mix and match. Has a golden color that is almost amber. Similar to other ciders that I’ve had. nick76 (2657), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Dec 16, 2005 The aroma is vinous in nature as well as heavily laden with apples and alcohol. The color is approaching amber but remains more golden. The flavor is nice but almost the same as the other Hornsby offerings. Except, this one is a little more dry. Refreshing, not bad. awebster (165), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 10/20 | Nov 15, 2005 I can’t tell much difference between this and the other Hornsbys ciders. I like them all. tplindler (37), California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 29, 2005 Significantly better tasting than the Hard Apple variety. Not nearly as sweet while retaining the good strong cider flavors. Much of the sharpness comes from (in my opinion) somewhat excessive carbonation. mrnutsnbolts (204), Berkeley, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 19, 2005 Bottle. Gold color with a small white head. Smells of sour apples and spices. Tastes like Martinelli’s with a twist. Not too horrible.
