Jul 17, 2009 Bottle. Clear golden pour with a fizzy white head that immediately disapears. Tart and sour apple aroma is strong and rather nice. Flavor is a bit weak up front but has a pleasant apple tasting finish, not bad.

Jul 14, 2009 Sampled from a 12 oz bottle this cider poured a dark amber color with a trace of a white head. The aroma was sharp, a bit boozy and had an off applejuice note. The flavor was harsh rancid apple and a touch of spice. Tart and vinegary finish. We nicknamed this one "Woodsuck".

Jul 11, 2009 Poured an apple juice color with a small white head that didn’t last but a few seconds. Smells of spoiled apples and a hint of cinnamon. Taste like apple juice that is very tart. Nothing special but drinkable in small doses.

Jul 7, 2009 Bottled. A golden cider with a lazing a beige head. The aroma is dominated by alcohol as well as prunes - weird for a cider. The falvor is again domintated by alcohol, but combined with a bit of apples and prunes. Leading to a dry slightly tart finish. Not to my liking.
