Flavors of apple a little tart and some alcohol comes through too. Not very sweet. If you like real English hard cider, stay away from this Hinez57 (134), Clinton, Mississippi, USA

Unintresting pale amber appearance, no head, not unusual for a cider. Nice crisp, clean VERY apple infused flavor. Full bodied flavor that I’d characterize as semi-dry, has a nice balance of residual sweetness. To be as fully fermented out as ciders and apple wines are, this cider has a decent mouthfeel. Overall very enjoyable great at anytime, especially as a summer thirst quincher! jcat (23), USA

This beer is not very sweet though like many of the other cider beers and wouldn’t be my first choice. cbiek (9), Highland, Indiana, USA does not count | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 17, 2007 Beware of this beer! I started drinking these and I love apple cider. I could barely tell there was alcohol in there. Color is an Amber color with a very small amount of head that goes away almost right away. Pretty good beer overall. Ambrose (141), East Aurora, New York, USA

If you get hornsby though, get a mixed pack. Because it’s good to switch them up. Amber draft is good but starts tasting rotten and bitter after a while. And brace yourself for the poos. Could be worse. could be spicey thai! At least after cider it’s not so hot your bum needs to go down for a drink.

Pours a golden amber, looks like an apple juice mixed with Sprite. Small head, diminishes quickly. Thin on the tongue, again the apple flavor of course dominates. Finishes very nicely with a dry, medium finish. This is pretty darn good. Would taste great at a bar-b-q or picnic. keoki182 (305), West Bend, Wisconsin, USA

Very good flavor when first opened, as bottle warmed it took on a sharper alcohol bend. Stronger than other ciders, I believe. Pretty good.
