Bottle. Very small white head. Apple in aroma. Looks like apple juice. Tastes like apple juice mixed with champagne. OK i guess. i prefer beer.

[12 oz. bottle] Pale yellow with a fizzy white head that disappears quickly. Looks like champagne. Sweet aroma of apples and hints of brandy. The taste disappears from your mouth very quickly. It begins with a sweet taste of apple juice and then goes to a slightly sour, champagne like taste with a slight warming sensation at the end. Not that big a fan.

pour is pale yellow. hmm...apple aroma, taste is like a mixture of champagne and apple juice. this was my first cider. im surprised that i did not ever get into these in the days before i was hooked on good beer. i should try some better cider sometime.

It’s funny, you know. The Apple Cider by Hornsby’s is underrated, and this one is overrated. The difference is that the other is more quaffable but the Apple Cider is a lot more like champagne, bubbly and sweet. For people looking more for a beer-like beverage, this comes closer I should think.

Pleasing slight whiskey-like touch to the aroma of red apples. Tastes of red apples with a slightly more citric/acidic flavor tht regular ciders. Also, hints of hops, although it is just cider. Hints of a Budweiser-esque flavor to it, along with a slightly stronger alcohol taste over other ciders. Slightly more alcohol (.5%) more that Hornsby’s Hard Apple Cider. Fair carbonation, not flat, but not as much as some good beers. Not disapppointed, but still prefer Hornsby's Hard Apple Cider over the Draft version. Heavy medicinal aftertaste, though.

Burnt Beer Night: Golden color with no head. Obvious apple aroma. Sweet taste, but not overly so. It is not nearly as sugary as many of the other mass produced ciders. Still, pretty one dimentional: it’s just apples.

A remarkably good cider. Pours a good color, very representative of great ciders, nice earthy aroma of ripe apples. Goes down very well, one of the better ones.

Burnt Beer Night: Apple Coloring. No Head. Cider Aroma... Nice Sweet Apple Taste...almost like Granny Smith. About Par with the Rest of the Easy to Find Ciders.
