Nov 4, 2009 Pours a pale/light copper with a frothy white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is very grainy and slightly floral, not at all citrusy that the Cascades that are advertised would suggest. Flavor is much of the same, leaning more toward the malt and minimal hop flavor. Finishes a bit sweeter than the initial taste. Light to light/medium bodied.

Oct 23, 2009 not the greatest APA but i still think it is underrated. mild sweetness mixed in with the hoppy favor. very clean finish on the palate. i do agree however that there is nothing unique about the beer.

Oct 7, 2009 #50 Pours light amber in color with little carbonation or head. Aroma is high in malt an low in hops. Very low on hop flavor. Barely distinguishable malt character. Not that this one is hard to get down, it just doesn’t fit the bill/bring anything unique or memorable to the table.

Sep 21, 2009 Bottle. Pours a golden orange with a dense finger or so of foam on top. Aromas are a pointless mix of malty grain and caramel. Not much in terms of hops in the nose... hmm... Flavor is an awful mix of grain (wheat-like), corn and tea like hops. Blech!

Sep 8, 2009 Sampled from bottle: pours a clear amber colour with a small white head. Taste is malty initially with some faint hop notes. Has a bit of sweetness near the finish but overall i find the beer unbalance and weak on hops.

Aug 11, 2009 12 oz. bottle courtesy of Bockyhorsey - Pours a crystal clear bright amber color with a half finger thick off white head. Lively carbonation. Very light lacing. Aroma is lightly toasted malt with a touch of hops. I mean a touch. Flavor is also toasted malt with a bit more herbal hops. Light to medium body. No unpleasant aftertaste. Not sure of the age. Probably much better fresh. There’s just not a lot going on here at this point. Drinkable though. Thanks Bill.

Aug 7, 2009 Probably the best of the three horny goats I tried, but that said, still not very good. Poured clear amber color with fizzy offwhite head. Aroma piney grass and biscuts. Flavor pretty watery, dry, slight sweetness and a resiny finish, though very mild. Overall, very weak pale ale.
