Golden color with a moderate, off-white head. HInts of cascade/grapefruit atop some grains and light caramel. A faded expression of a pale ale. Hints of caramel in the start. Fairly dry throughout. Bit of grapefruit and a general bitterness in the middle and into the finish and linger. A very light ale with minor hints of promise. At least there are no real off flavors.

Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Flanagans in Appleton, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber colored brew with an average off-white head that slowly dissipates to a thin creamy top and some nice lacing. Aroma of grassy and citrus hops/zest. some multi-grain malt, a hint of spice and some caramel. Taste is a tad on the malty side with flavors of caramel, some pineapple, a hint of lime zest and a touch of spice. Finish is semi-sweet with a caramel aftertaste and just a hint of lime.

Bottled. Poured crystal-clear bright orange with a short, swirly dusting of white head. The aroma picked up dry, dusty bitterness in the form of citrus and pine over grains and caramel.. smelled like it was going to be sharp and warm. The flavor confirmed that it was a bit more aggressive in terms of warmth and phelol-type notes than it should’ve been.. warm around the edges and through the finish with pine and grapefruit over semi-sweet caramel maltage.. peppery spices joined at the finish.. not a great flow or character here. Light-medium bodied with scratchy carbonation on the palate.. tacky and sharp in several places.. never really came together.

Bottle: The aroma is very light with light caramel, grass, and a hint of grapefruit. It pours a golden-orange with a large off-white head with decent retention. The flavor is light with some faint caramel and fruit. The finish has some light-moderate grass and minimal grapefruit. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Wife spoted this one in Wis. Good aroma of caramel malt along with some dry grains. Darker gold body with white head. Flavor tened more to the sweet malt caramel side. Had some bittering zip and somewhat dry with a touch of citrus. Sweet malt and dry on the palate. Decent brew but as for flavor it was kinda little bit of this and little bit of that.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of Bockyhorsey - Pours a crystal clear bright amber color with a half finger thick off white head. Lively carbonation. Very light lacing. Aroma is lightly toasted malt with a touch of hops. I mean a touch. Flavor is also toasted malt with a bit more herbal hops. Light to medium body. No unpleasant aftertaste. Not sure of the age. Probably much better fresh. There’s just not a lot going on here at this point. Drinkable though. Thanks Bill.

Sampled from bottle: pours a clear amber colour with a small white head. Taste is malty initially with some faint hop notes. Has a bit of sweetness near the finish but overall i find the beer unbalance and weak on hops.

Blah. A boring APA. Aroma was weak. Light malt and honey. Pour was a decent dark gold with a one finger off white head. Taste was very boring. All honey and roasted caramel with no hoppiness to balance out all the sweet malt. Medium carbonation and a very sticky sweet aftertaste. Nothing great here.
