Of course, living up to expectations it may because mine were pretty low. An advertisement mentions...cans...the bigger the better. If you’re using that slogan, you’re not exactly high brow. Overly carbonated...foul smelling. Give it a try if you like to taste the best and the worst. dkachur (2409), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA

Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a large head. Fizzy with poor head retention and lacing. Aroma of bread, green apple, apricot and other fruits. Taste is bread, citrus, green apple. Thin bodied. Hardly any spice or yeasty notes that make a good wit but not offensive either. MrBunn (1543), Western, Pennsylvania, USA

The big ass can makes me think of crappy malt liquor, so it is a little surprising to see something that is clear gold and has a two finger sudsy head come out. Aromas are also a plus (compared to... say... Old English) as they are heavily spicy (coriander and light lemon) and don’t make me think of paint thinner. I’m still having a hard time getting around the huge can, though. Flavor is decent enough and I’m wondering why this isn’t rated higher. It’s not great, but has a good mix of spice, citrus and wheat malts, although it might have a bit too much of the pear/honey sweetness. Still, this is pretty good... err... at least till it warms a bit... then it turns a little nasty. BrianHagmeier (257), Coralville, Iowa, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 8, 2009 Aroma of citrus, wheat hops and alcohol. Taste is the same as aroma with a hint of wheat and citrus. Medium thin mouthfeel with a mild bitterness and a slightly tart finish. Decent. jebert (122), Watertown, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 22, 2009 Pours a beautiful hazy gold with lots of tiny bubbles capped by a thick white foam. Nose is citrus. Very creamy texture. Nice flavor balance of wheat, citrus and hops. Clean crisp finish. Not as refined as some other Belgian whites, but this brew is a very capable companion on a summer’s eve, either with a slice of orange or with some light picnic foods. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 14, 2009 has got some character to it, the malts are malty and slightly over sweet. not much on the hop front. the is some fizzy carbonation, still I find this refreshing. nick76 (2676), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jan 4, 2009 The aroma has coriander, orange, wheat, yeast, and a touch of hops. The appearance is cloudy gold with a foamy head. The flavor is like the aroma. It’s a little cheap tasting but not bad at all. The palate is right for this style. Overall I like it. halfonit (472), Fall River, Massachusetts, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 28, 2008 Has an orangish (is that a word?) color. Hints of orange, malts and hops. Has a little bit of a weak flavor. Light in the wheat and hop areas, but it is kind of smooth. Not much of an aftertaste, but then again if you’re lacking flavor, you’re probably lacking the aftertaste too! One less beer to have in the future.
