(bottle - 22 oz) Light red color with a fizzy tan head. Aroma has a nice maple hint mixed with some caramel malts. Very inviting. Maple is very apparent at the start and blends very well with the smoothness of the amber and caramel malts. Very sweet and smooth with a wonderful maple flavor near the end. Really nice and one of the best maple beers I’ve ever drank.

Apple and caramel aroma. Rather light in color with smallish head and no lacing. Mmmm, breakfast. Lots of lovely maple flavor, a nice dark amber of NYS goodness. The malt is a nice compliment because the maple is the show. Nice effort.

growler from brewery. nice reddish color, small off-white head. the sweetness of the maple in the aroma. the taste is heavy maple and smooth in the finish. nice tasting beer. it’s a little too sweet for me to drink more than occasionally, but it went well with dinner and is a tasty change of pace i’ll pick up again.
