Commercial Description:
This style of beer is classified as an American Brown Ale. The focus is on the malts and hops used during the brewing process. Our version comprises a complex mix of malts and is moderately hopped. The aroma is as sweetly malty as is the taste with a surprise hoppy ever after.

Bomber from VBM filled to the top, just as jah noth said. Pours a very deep brown with an amber tint. Small off white head. I love brown ales and I’ve had plenty but this might be the first brown I’ve truely smelled fresh hops. Aroma is also full of roasted mal ts, nuts and chocolate. Flavor is nicely balanced with bitter hops and roasted malts. Med-full bodied dry mouthfeel. Lingering sweet aftertaste. Very good brown ale!

Bomber almost filled to the top. Modest aroma of caramel and hazelnuts. Glowing auburn brown in color with a nice off-white head. Nice flavor. A solid balance of light chocolate, caramel, toasted nuts combined with some citric hop flavor and slight hop sting on the swallow. A little dry roasted peanut flavor. Still keeps itself sweet and malty. A very nice quaff and a fine introduction to the brewery,

Bottle. Pours red brown with a beige head. Sweet malty aroma, with lighter nutty and toasty notes. The flavor has toasty malts, hazelnuts, a toffee like sweetness and an earthy hint. Pretty good.

(Rating #2070)
