Commercial Description:

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt, caramel, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of roasted malt, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 5.4%. Almost black colour, seems cloudy. Small light brown head. The flavour has a little fruit and a slightly rough maltiness. The mouthfeel is a little thin. Not so interesting.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of HenrikSoegaard. Pours a hazy dark brown with an orange hue and a creamy beige head. Sweet roasted malt and pumpernickel in the nose. Medium body, quite some roasted malt, a little nuts also - perhaps a whiff of coffee. Some malt bitterness. Appears more like a Brown Ale - but quite decent. 241009
