[bottle] Aroma is full of cloves and sort of spicy corriander. Murky tawy orange and very effervescent with a lasting, rocky, off-white cover. Flavour is sweet banana esters developing into a spicy clove that is accentuated by ethanol. High carbonation helps somewhat to balance the sweetness, but the beer ends up being quite sweet. High carbonation, medium to full body, quite sweet finish.

500ml bottle at Battersea BF 08. Pale gold, cloudy, thin beige head. Banana cereal deepish aroma. A little over carbonated. But the mouthfell is pretty deep, good banana sweetness, like dried banana. Nice deep wide satisfying weisse. Good citrus flavour.

Bottled. A haz light golden beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of wheat - and so is the flavor, though combined with a note of citrus.

Bottle. Looks like heavily carbonated unfiltered apple juice, including the missing head. Has some apple notes as well in addition to clove and pineapple. Solid enough body with a mellow sparkly mouthfeel. finishes on a somewhat sour apple and metallic yeast note.
