Sorta thin, but with some malt in front and a clean finish. Pours a lightly hazy red amber with a small creamy white head that becomes a thin film. Aroma has berries and caramel. Quite high carbonation and very fresh. Some peppery hop, some sticky candy sugar aroma. Slightly peppery Belgian beer. Reasonable even if the malt is a bit uncultured.
