| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 19, 2006 Hazy amber color with a medium, lemonadey head. Aroma of sweetish, caramely malt. Acidic, caramely-malty flavor with brown sugar. Light to medium-bodied, acidic and lemonadey palate with sharp carbonation. Another example of the infamous Belgian Amber ale style, the success of which still remains a mystery to me. I mean, really, who buys this lemonadey, acidic stuff with so many better beers around...?
