Jun 26, 2005 (Bottle 25 cl) Amber coloured with a small off-white head. Has some fruity notes from the ale-yeast, some malt and some indefinable spices. Late bitterness. Quenching but thin-bodied and hasn’t really much going on. Not unpleasant just rather anonymous. 050398

Jun 2, 2005 Bottle conditioned. Hazy amber, moderate white head and gentle condition. Sweet and yeasty nose with hints of homebrew and a distant soapy hop note. Soft and sweet malt in the mouth and a sweet yeasty finish with more soapiness lingering.

Oct 10, 2004 Orange-red with fine creamy froth. Nice aroma’s of ahorn syrup, fresh cake, good malts and some herbs and spices.
Good malty mouthfeeling with some sweetness in it. Little vegetal bitterness and faint sour hint of lemongras and fresh corriander. Full afthertaste with a hoppy caracter.

Jun 16, 2004 Pours a nice off-white head on a hazy dark orange body. Aroma is somewhat sour citrusy with tones of spices and oranges. Flavor is dominated by a harsh sourness and has a very dry end. Notes of citrus, hops, coriander and plenty of fruit. A strange beer, it has a fresh fruity taste, but is too harsh at the same time. It was 5 month over the experiation date, maybe that has something to do with it....?!
