Caramel and tea aroma. Initial clean, smooth, slightly fat mouthfeel with candy malt coming through, then a warm bitterness. OK - decent quality - the real interest being the warm bitterness in the finish. Overall, a decent beer but nothing spectaular.

[Draught at The Rover, Gothenburg, Swedden.] Deep golden. Loads of butterscotch; mostly in the aroma. Rather bitter and dry.

pale brown color, thin foamy head, very cheap to cal it bitterbier with the use of hop extracs. its not easy to make beer bitter with only natural ingrediens, but not inpossible, they say its a "bier-spezialitat" so do you best!

Bottle. OK hop aroma. Grey chestnut colour. Big stable head, leaving lace. OK mouthfeel, seemingly due to the alcohol. Medium bitterness. Not that flavourful, it is mostly alcohol and bitterness.

Bottle. Clear dark amber with a medium off-white head that fades quickly. Aroma of floral hops and a bit of malt. Very lively carbonation. The flavor is delicate with traces of roasted malt, caramel, citrus and bitter hops. The finish is indeed bitter, as the name promises. Pleasant palate, although the whole body seems a tad bit watery.

An everyday dark lager. Some malts a bit oxidization. Too sweet. Not for me, thank you.

Amber, small head. Almost no aroma at all. Hoppy flavor with some grass. Weak and rather disappointing.
