Clear amber colour with thin off white head. Citric hop nose. Mild bitter hop and floral taste with lingering bitter finish.

Pours a murky orange copper with a thick, foamy head. Aroma is subdued but promises grassy hops. Taste is well balanced with neither the hops nor the malt being particularly distinguishable...perhaps I should retry this after it warms up a little. The finish is slightly piney hops that don’t stick around too long. It’s more of a British style IPA in my estimation, well made but not really a west coast behemoth.

So, so, so bitter. This could pass as an IIPA if it were higher in ABV. Pour is hazy yellowish orange and frothy huge head. Aroma is spicy, hoppy and more hops. Some citrus elements. Taste is super hops with some spicy tones and dryness. Overall, a great IPA. I love the 1L swingtop bottle too.

Smells strongly of cascade hops, I love it! There’s a nice red hue to the goldenness but it’s very clear and not that dark. The taste reminds me almost exactly of dogfish head 60 min IPA initially but finishes quite smooth and evenly. There is a distinct lack of high alcohal taste to even out the high IBU’s. A very, very nice IPA, but my tendancy is to want it to be a double.

1L brown flip top. Deep gold, orange hints. Hazy. Holds a full and thick white cap. Good clinging lace rings in the glass. Nose has citrus (grapefruit, orange), slight spiciness, and moderate sweetness. Flavour starts with caramel and toasty malt, then moves to floral hop flavours and ends with moderate citrus bitterness. Aftertaste is grapefruity and earthy. Light body, mild carbonation. Good hop character packed into this one, solid.

Nice amber color, if at fridge temperature quite hazy, but at the proper temperature just a very slight haze. A bit of peppery spicy nose, some fruit with toasted malt in the background Has fairly high carbonation medium sized bubbles, gives a large head when poured, settling down to medium fine bubbles, lice lace on the glass. The head last quite long. Do not serve it too cold or the body and malt are overwhelmed by the high hopping. Bitter taste, with sweet malt undertones, some fruitiness. Bitter after taste, with some background sweetness with a a long dry lingering finish. Quite a bitter beer overall, but seems quite close to style. The large 1 litre bottle definitely gave me a lot to taste. When I first tasted it I thought it was quite out of balance, but it was at fridge temperature. This is quite a good beer at a bit warmer temperature.
