Commercial Description:
An American-Style Wheat Ale that is medium in body and mouthfeel. This ale is unfiltered to preserve the flavor of the yeast, and is our best seller. Served with a lemon wedge.

Brewery is now Triple Js but the beers are the same. another run of the mill wheat beer. nothing great here, but not too bad at all. cloudy yellow with a wheat beer aroma.

Decent wheat and yeast profile, though they are definitely not going for the Bavarian style wheat. Good effervesence.

tap at brewpub-pours a cloudy yellow hue with a small white head. subtle citrus on the aroma. decent palate for this style. flavors of haygrass, orange ,banana and some malt grain husks that add positive things to the flavor i must say. This would make a good quaffer during a TT game at the brewpub.

Pretty good for a hefe....these beers typically get butchered by American brewpubs, but this one was in no way offensive. Had a nice citrus flavor, banana finish.

-1 on appearance for the uninvited lemon, which distorted the aroma. Cirtic, floral, and soapy. Nice mouthfeel, mild flavor but rather well-balanced. Not bad.
