Jun 15, 2008 Bottle. A nice-looking, clear copper-colored beer with an off-white head. A bit grainy on the nose, with caramel, some fruityness and a little touch of citric and sweet artificial fruityness. Sweet, malty and boring flavor with a little fruityness. Fullbodied and slightly sticky in the mouth, some roasted malt and caramel in the finish. A boring bock. (080412)

Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, cellar dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Apr 21, 2008 Tasting at my place. Courtesy of Yngwie & Gunnfryd. Red-brown with an OK head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, light sweetness and grapefruit. The flavour has notes of roasted malt, sweetness, grapefruit and an unexpected bitterness, not what I expect in a bock. Not a hit for me.
