Malty and crisp w/ citrusy notes on the nose, and the same in the mouth. Good effervescence, and a light body complemented this beer. I like it. Rentalman (103), British Columbia, Canada

Roasted chocolate and toastiness in the aroma. The flavor is hops and chocolate with some roasted toffee hints as well. Finishes with a bit of bitterness. Ok it has a dark ruby color. It has an herbal and chocolate aroma. A very malty flavor with some raisins and "strange plants" in there. The aftertaste is slightly bitter. A good hemp beer, why smoke a bowl when you can drink it. DUUUUUDE! hershiser2 (914), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 24, 2004 Pours a nice dark brown/amber color that was a little surprising as I expected something "light." I just noticed that EnniskillenKid had the same expectation...how strange? Anyway, the aroma has some nice bitter hop notes with a nice malt balance. Flavor is light hop bitterness with the hemp notes actually making an appearance. This is the first hemp beer that actually has a hemp/pot flavor. Body is medium sticky that finishes dry. I was really surprised with this beers quality. Very drinkable and refreshing, as they say. pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 31, 2004 Nice little head, suprising deep amber color (I was expecting something light) hops and spices in the aroma. I would say that you can't taste the hemp on a very very light note, but for a lot of people that would just 'trip them out'. Bland, but it's not bad, just an ordinary beer, but it has hemp in it.
