Clear golden color, white head. Malty, grainy, alcohol scent. Sweet, malty, alcohol taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Bottle at 11 Meibockfestival (Amsterdam, May 2008). Amber body with large head. Nose of malts and caramel. Nice taste of sweets and caramel. Citrus in the finish. Oily mouthfeel.

Clear medium amber oranger color with a large, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Bitternes is cirus shell and mallt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finsih feel is metallic. (070608)

Warm golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, flower and hints of alcohol. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, caramel, flower and alcohol, maybe a little too much, but still the overall impression is OK.

Sampled @ Pint Meibockfestival. Strawblond coloured beer, aroma of flowers, malts. Taste is malty, floral, with a bitter finish.

Somewhat sweet and sticky bock beer with a nice dry kick to it. On draft at the Wildeman. Pours dark golden with white, disappearing head. Relatively faint, bready-malty nose. Light sweetness with a faint chemical touch like Scotch tape (I’ll assume it’s a bit off and forget that). Moderate, serious bitterness rolls in and goes dry.

Bottle, 7%. Almost clear dark golden colour. Small stable white head. Quite malty flavour with some earth to it. Mildly hoppy. Pleasant carbonation and good mouthfeel.
