On draught at the brewpub. Bright golden colour. Not much else but a bready maltiness in aroma, hops are there if you try hard. Gently hopped in flavour as well, with a light flowery touch and low bitter. Pretty crisp and tasty a la Bamberg style.

(7/2/08) Draught at the brewpub in Merkendorf. Yellow-golden color. Aroma is slightly grainy with some hops. Sweetish flavor with some slightly grainy malt and a slightly drier finish. Medium-bodied.

Golden with an OK head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel and hops. The flavour has a light sweetness and a refreshing, slightly dry and light bitterness and notes of fruity hops, malt, caramel and it ends on a slightly dry and bitter note. The balance is very good and it’s mellow, smooth and refreshing at the same time.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with a dense, white head. Clean and malty aroma. Medium-bodied, clean and malty with some flowery hops that also leave a fairly solid bitterness. 050608

50 cL bottle, trade with Maria. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Mild spiced hops aroma. Flavour is dry cornish with a mild caramel malt note and a slowly building bitterness. Ends slight bitter and mild spiced.
