<b>Bottle 50cl &#64; Home.</b><br />Unclear hazy medium amber brown color with a large, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, caramel, light to moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet, some sourness and notes of sour malt, with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. &#40;070608&#41;

&#40;7/2/08&#41; Draught at the brewpub in Merkendorf. Cloudy brown with a medium off-white head. Aroma of some banana esters and some toasted malt. Sweetish flavor with light sourness, some fruity esters and some caramel. Medium-bodied.

It’s hazy, dark brown and the head is huge, nice and creamy. The aroma has a light sourness and notes of clove and banana. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of clove, banana and wheat. Unfortunately it also has a maybe a little citrus-like sourness, that I really dislike.

Bottle 50cl. Pours a muddy brown brew with huge ebony-coloured head. Nice bubbles, fresh and appetising smell. Grainy, massive and round taste, a bit sourish yeast. Cloves and banana, hints of caramel and coffee. Nice composition.
