Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Hazy gold, thin head. Juicy mouthfeel. A little pineapple and citric quench to finish. Pleasant, but not eye-popping.

Bottle.(abv 4.6%) Dark hazy gold in colour with a large head,aroma is of hops and pepper,taste is of citric fruit and grass with a light dry bitter finish.

Bottle Conditioned. Orange/brown with a small head. Aromas are nuts, green pine and pepper. Flavours are bitter, green pine with very bitter hops. Lacks the malt body of a premium bitter and so seems a bit unbalanced. Quite thin on the palate with a bitter finish. Unsophisticated but drinkable.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel Northampton. A mid brown coloured beer with a grassy malty aroma. The taste is similar and the whole beer has a home brew touch to it. However I enjoyed it. A tasty beer.
