Dec 14, 2008 Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe] Small fizzy off-white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Clear pale golden color. Aroma of flower, floral, grain, caramel. Light bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet flavour with light counter bitterness. Light dry and bitter finish.

Sep 4, 2008 Bottled 50cl. Sampled at Brasserie Federal, Zürich. It pours a pale golden beer with a creamy head. The nose is of hops and soy sauce. It reminds me of Feldschlösschen original. Quite a lot of tobacco sneaking in. The flavor is maltier. Low bitterness. Poor hop profile. Light bodied. Soy sauce showing up again in the taste. Pretty much like a Feldschlösschen indeed. Not much lacework. Unpleasant finish.
