| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 4, 2008 Bottled 50cl. Sampled at Brasserie Federal, Zürich. It pours a pale golden beer with a creamy head. The nose is of hops and soy sauce. It reminds me of Feldschlösschen original. Quite a lot of tobacco sneaking in. The flavor is maltier. Low bitterness. Poor hop profile. Light bodied. Soy sauce showing up again in the taste. Pretty much like a Feldschlösschen indeed. Not much lacework. Unpleasant finish. azlondon (667), Fribourg, Switzerland
