light grainy taste. sweet hoopy aroma. small white head that did not last. pours clear yellow and sparkling with thin density. initial flavor is sweet and light with a barely noticable alchole impression. body is light and watery. strange after taste...fruity maybe?

Just relocated and this one is a local brew. About what you would expect as far as appearance and aroma for the style. Very thin head that dimished quickly. Very light and refreshing and and I can see it being a beer "specially brewed for the topics" as the label states. I have to admit that I bought this one as part of a variety pack (you can hand pick whatever you want at a local store) and one of the reasons I picked it was the name (C’mon, Hurricane Reef sounds cool) and picture on the label as well as it being touted a Caribbean Style Pilsner. It is what it is, nice and refreshing and great for a warm day. Not going to blow you away with flavor but it’s got some. I’d have it again. Next time I’ll just slug it from the bottle and forget about analyzing it. It’s that kind of beer.

On tap at FBC. A clean clear light golden pour with white head. An aroma of light paper and hints of malt and citrus. Light flavor of malt hints of conr but not as much on the flavor as the nose. Carbonation a little aggressive and just a wee bit thin. Good all rond light beer that is clean crisp and light. I liked it as it warms it is kinda fruity.

Hazy orange with thin white head. Slight sparkling tomato aroma and the slight taste of very diluted orange soda with an odd peary finish.

Ugh, I just don’t like the "Caribbean" pilsners. First worry was the clear bottle, but the beer wasn’t skunky. The pour produe no head with light yellow colored beer. There was a larger than average amount of carbonation. An earlier reviewer hit it on the head with the corn flake taste, just add some bitterness and you have it. World Market

19 NOV 07. Clear 12oz bottle. Pours clear, golden. White fizzy head. Aroma has a slight hop aroma, but smells mostly of corn. Flavor has a tang to it. Mostly hmalt body, not very balanced.
