Super clear golden coloured body with a super thin white head. Aroma of stale malt, no hops and a very mild sweetness of caster sugar. Light-bodied; Mild malty flavour with very little else noticeable. Some sweetness and the tiniest bit of hoppiness after the main tastes - but nothing strong at all. Overall, a very VERY light beer that barely has any tastes. The good thing is that most of these tastes aren’t bad at all - just mild and bland. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased at Total Wine in Tampa, Florida on 11-November-2007.

Bleh, I’m not sure why anyone would drink this. Corny and sweet with a mild tart astringency. Hint of sulfur, surprisingly not skunky from the clear glass. Not quite watery, but undercarbonated, which actually accentuates the corn flake sweetness. Perhaps a hint of herbal hop, but no finishing bitterness at all leaves this one unbalanced. Not even refreshing. Bright golden color with small white head.

A gift from Santa 2007: (who rocks BTW) It was an light orange pour with little head and then hints of pepper and nutiness, I expected more from a proclaimed Caribbean style...

Clear yellow-gold with a small white head. Corn based malty aroma and flavor. Somewhat skunky. Sweet corn syrup flavor and mouthfeel. Obviously molded after Corona, but its not even that good. Disappointing.

Pours out of a clear 12oz bottle in a watery gold color and weak off white head. Very light aroma with sugary sweetness and a hint of floral hops that are just pungent enough to be noticed. The below average carbonation and the light body give the beer a rather watery mouth feel. Just like the aroma I taste some sugary malt sweetness and slight floral hop bite. I didn’t sense ay obvious flavor or aroma flaws which is a nice bonus.

Bottle sampled with Mad Indian. Pours pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of grassy hops, skunked. The flavor is bland and boring, almost no traces of hops.

Skunky aroma thin body with yellow pour. There was nothing special. This was pretty bad.

Bottle purchased at Bodega Blue... Clear yellow lager with a small, wispy, white head that’s gone in a flash. The aroma is of cereal grains (corn and spent mash) with a hint of biscuit. Sweet, but peppery flavor is very lightly acidic/tart as well. Light-bodied and tingly. Crisp, mineral finish. American Pale Lager in the truest sense of the term!
