Yellow color with a quickly fading head. Weak grainy aroma with a pinch of honey sweetness. Sickly sweet malt that’s watered down beyond repair with no bitterness. I’ve had far worse, but this tain’t groovy.

Pale yellow beer in a clear bottle. Given to me at a party by my neighbor. I didn’t expect this to be good and I wasn’t disappointed. Typical cheap Caribbean pale lager flavor, sweet malt and almost no hops or bitterness. I struggled to finish a single.

Unfortunately the whole six-pack was light-struck but I’m rating it anyway because I have to say this is not a pilsner. Pale straw with a very light sweetish taste, this is much more characteristic of a typical tropical-climate pale lager. Grist lightened with corn I’m guessing.

Bottle: Gold color, no head. Nose of light grainy notes. Very light, not pilsner like at all. More like a pale lager. Eh, decent and not skunky considering the clear bottle. Thanks, I guess Degarth.

12 oz bottle courtesy of Degarth. Why, Joe, why? Poured a light honey yellow with an instantly disappearing white head of unimpressive description. First discernable smell was the skunkiness, but accepting the skunk component as part of this style, I quickly moved on to the more dominant latex smell. Some sourness there too. Once in a gas station in Yorkshire I saw an assortment of adult novelty items in a restroom dispenser which included a package of curry flavored prophylactics. I imagine that if somebody made a sour apple flavored prophylactic, it would taste something like this beer. I think that’s the last I want to think about that. Anyway, first impression of the flavor was pretty much Corona Light-esque, but about two seconds into things and the flavor suddenly turns into a subtle kind of swamp rot. Notes of unseasoned dried cuttlefish. Really horrible, really, and deserving of all 9 points.

Bottle - looks nearly like a hefe. Pale yellow body with a white head. Slightly spicy aroma. The flavor is that of malt followed with a Saaz hop finish. Simple, but not horrible.

Clear golden pour, you knew nothing great was coming out of this, just a light and actually refreshing pilsener, normal beer flavors. OK for just being a beer.

on tap-pours a white head with yellow color. Aroma is grassy, musty. Taste is grassy, musty, malt.
