| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Mar 1, 2007 Bottle purchased at Bodega Blue... Clear yellow lager with a small, wispy, white head that’s gone in a flash. The aroma is of cereal grains (corn and spent mash) with a hint of biscuit. Sweet, but peppery flavor is very lightly acidic/tart as well. Light-bodied and tingly. Crisp, mineral finish. American Pale Lager in the truest sense of the term! Cletus (5058), Connecticut, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 4, 2008 Bottle courtesy of daknole. Pours gold with a white head. Smells of sweet malt, some pilsner malt, spicy, some yeast. Tastes of dry pils malt and thin with a citrussy finish. This definitely serves its purpose. JPDIPSO (4932), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Aug 4, 2008 Slightly hazed straw color. Smallish off-white head. Light, dry grain scents. I’m catching a hint of oak as well. Light sourdough and sweet malt flavors dominate. A touch chalky and a bit acidic in feel. Dryer finish with a hint of sugar in the linger. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 25, 2006 Bottle: Gold color, no head. Nose of light grainy notes. Very light, not pilsner like at all. More like a pale lager. Eh, decent and not skunky considering the clear bottle. Thanks, I guess Degarth. Tmoney99 (4790), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 17, 2006 Draft sampler at FBGF. Poured a straw color with a small white head that diminished quickly. Little to no aroma. Light body with soft carbonation. Clearly a light beer. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Oct 20, 2008 Hazy medium gold colored body with a thin eggshell white head. Sweet potatoes and bagged seeds of something like peas come through in the nose. The taste is lightly bitter, again it reminds me of seeds ready to be planted in a garden. There is also some bitter bread crust, but it’s behind that strange seed character. While a light beer, this is not very enjoyable.
