Bottle courtesy of daknole. Pours copper with a thin tan head. Smells of oranges, spices, pepper, herbs. Tastes earthy with a hint of spiciness. Decent.

Fairly unremarkable. Amber color, small head, some hops on the nose. Medium-body, some pine-resin from the hops. Meh...

Florida Beer Co. does make some pretty good brews and the Hurricane Reef Pils wasn’t bad but I wasn’t a fan of this one. Dark gold or copper color with a thin head and a spot of lacing here and there. Aroma is malty and grassy. Sweet malty and grainy flavor with some bland, dry hops on the back end but this is just flat out weak. It’s not foul but with so many solid choices out there it’s hard to recommend this one.

12oz bottle. Poured a deep golden color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of skunky week, caramel, floral, and a little earthy. Tastes of caramel and citrus. Had a lighter tart finish that was out of place.

In the bottle from Beertopia. Amber with a thin white head. Has a biscuit aroma. Rich caramel flavor, but not much in the bitternes category. Surprisingly unlike a pale ale. Not bad, but no knee slapper either. I doubt I’d drink this again. Just too pedestrian.
