| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 10, 2009 12 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with daknole. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a bit of orange tinting. Moderate linen white head that faded after the first quarter of the glass. Very strong aroma of raspberry and sweetart candies. Makes me think what a Pez factory might smell like. The flavor is surprisingly devoid of raspberry sweetness or tartness, and just has a very bland raspberry flavor combined with some musty wheat. Finishes a bit dry and bitter. Not all that refreshing. DalzAle (494), Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Mar 24, 2009 Bottle bonus received as a bonus from Daknole. Pumpkin colored pour, a little carbonation and a very sweet raspberry aroma. Flavor initially came on pleasantly sweet and finsihed bitter and sour. An ok beer, just not my usual style. Could see this being better if fresh from the tap. fiver29 (723), Cleveland, Ohio, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 12, 2009 Bottle pours clear orange color with off white head. Aroma is rasperry juice. Has a nice medium light mouthfeel. Flavor is raspberry and isn’t overly sweet like I was expecting. Not too bad. This was an unexpected nice surprise. I won’t be drinking these all day, but it sure does go down on a hot day.
