Like a lot of fruit beers, it has problems mainaing the raspberry flavor without venturing into medcinal or cloying. Sure smells nice, though.

Amber color with a nice off-white head that does fade away. Aroma is pretty much all raspberry with some malt. Pretty straight forward flavors here for what it is, a wheat beer brewed with raspberry. Raspberry flavor, malt and finishes off with some spicy hoppiness. Not a bad beer, it’s drinkable and I can’t say that for some other fruit beers I’ve had.

Bottle. Light amber pour with a white head. Smells like raspberry jam, very sweet. Tart flavor upfront followed by a sweet raspberry taste. Light body with prickly carbonation. An interesting beer.

Bottled. Pours muddy honey color with a small dirty white head. Aroma is sweet raspberries with a hint of tartness. Flavor is kind of a carbonated candy kind of like a welch’s soda. Good body for a soda pretty thin for a brew.

I usually like flavored wheat ales, but this one was too strong of a syrupy raspberry flavor, and very little wheat ale to support it. I gave the rest to my wife who HATES beer (and of course she loved this).

Pours thick head. Strong flavor of raspberry. Sadly, just extract. Leaves a thick, sticky mouthfeel with carbonation. The concept is good but the finish is very weak. Feel more like you are drinking a soda than a beer. Refreshing, good for the warm FL summer.

Not what I would consider a very good raspberry wheat. Good raspberry flavor, but the underlying beer is underwhelming. Not so good.

...well, it definitely has the framboise, but maybe too much. Not balanced, no wheat malt flavor, it is overpowered by the raspberries. Could be much better, but a fair attempt, needs an updated recipe for more body. Also, not worth the $8 for a six pack I have to pay to drink it.
