clear dark amber, fine beige head, touch of lace, light sweet malt aroma with a fleeting hint of DMS, smooth body, slightly sweet malt flavor, only a hint of the honey sweetness, light from the wheat, a touch of chocolate adds the only real flavor, very bland, a locally popular 8% alcohol delivery vehicle,

on tap-pours a foamy to rocky light tan head and amber/red color. Aroma is some sweet, lemon, vinegar. Taste is vinegar, sweet, lemon. A bad lambic.
