light golden and unclear with a dense thick head.fruity and grainy, munich malty nose, with little hops in the back. In the mouth it behaves extremly gentle and round, tastes full bodied and the munich malts dominates the impression, notes of honey, too. Suprisingly I find hind of hops in the finish and the malt is note totally unbalanced like in the south german examples of the style. Very well crafted and convincing!

From tap at the brewpub. Golden, slightly hazy with a dense, creamy head. The aroma is somewhat weak with notes of malt. The flavour has sweetness, light notes of malt and smooth caramel, light fruit/citrus and a low, but slightly dry, bitterness. It’s quite refreshing.
