Grainy, cereal malts with some bready notes and herbal hops in the nose. Clear amber-copper coloured body is topped by a low, fine bubbled, off white head that recedes to ring. Sweet caramel and bready malt flavours with very light finishing bitterness. Medium light body with moderate, soft carbonation. Sampled on tap at the brewpub with Olivier_MTL and Rastacouere.

Shy white head covers a clear orange body. Sweet sweet bakery nose, toasted bread, fruits (peach) and spices.. Quickly fatiguing in mouth, feeling almost artificially sweetened. Hops feel initially earthy and citrusy, but they’re absolutely overshadowed and inefficient. Slick, thin, overdone mediocrity. Quite bad, highly husky, extremely sweet example, typical for the brewpub in that regard.

Sample at brewpub. Ok nose, carmel, apple, nutty. Orangy, brown bronze color. Sweet bitter flavors. Same as aroma. Thin body, crisp yet smooth mouthfeel. Dull bitterness on finish. Tasty enough, but doesn’t excite me though.

Draft at the brewpub: Orangish/copper in color, with a medium, off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, caramel, fruit, biscuits. Tastes malty, fruity, with finishing caramel and nuts. Decent complexity.
