Rastacouere (5421), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Sep 6, 2005 Clear amber to orange hue, lasting creamy ivory head. Heavy filtration is apparent in both the looks and taste. Soapy, orangey and grassy fuggles show very little character in the aroma despite completely unapparent maltiness. Wet paper flavours rapidly take over the floral palate. Very sweet for a bitter, deceptively thin. tiggmtl (4197), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Nov 30, 2005 Very low, sweet, soapy, floral, lavender aroma. Clear copper coloured body is topped by a fine bubbled white head. Mildly bitter floral, soapy hops with stale notes of cardboard. Medium light body with soft carbonation. Sampled on tap at the brewpub with Olivier MTL and Rastacouere.
