| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Sep 6, 2005 Great looking frothy head covers the clear dark brown body. Malt focused nose where the restrained fruitiness leaves all the room to a grainy, burnt buttiness. Oxidation traces in abundance and in different shapes (wet paper, rotting apples, penny). Restricted roastiness amplifies the high sweetness. Weak. Maybe the change of brewers is for something? Have they changed brewers at all with Skytop’s opening?
