Kind of sweet up front with ice tea characteristics. Pretty much just get the ice tea in the flavor as well. Really nothing special here at all. glkaiser (1171), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 6, 2008 Nice looking golden-straw body with a great white head. Fantastic hop-lineup in this drink; very assertive hop bomb that is well balanced and very full of hop flavor. Lots of grapefruit citrus with a sharp resiny pine notes but with a nice floral hop essence on top of a huge, slightly toasty malt backbone. Really like the IPA’s from this place. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 21, 2008 Thanks to Margaret for bringing a growler of this back from Kennewick, WA. Poured a rich copper-amber body with a lively and creamy whitish head. Nice big, bitter mouth feel, but hops were too aggressively bitter down the stretch. Citrusy, fruity, and hoppy as all holy hell. Malt spine is hearty and juxtaposes big hop body quite eloquently, but the hops are a slightly off in the mesh. Still, good beer, especially considering the area it comes from and its lack of good local brews. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 2, 2006 Amber with a creamy head and spotty lacing. Nice hopping to the nose. Gentle citrus with a floral undertone and a good malt backing. A little hot in the flavor, though nicely malted. Bitter hops with citrus. Tangy palate with a bitter citrus tail.

Nose of crisp hops, some pine and juniper notes, also a good malt profile. The flavor is a touch bitter with some more cascade type hops. Finishes average. Nice.
