skoisirius (488), Seattle, USA Aug 19, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Wow...twice in a row they’ve done something hard to do...I’m actually saying I like a fruit beer! What! Well this guys pours a beautiful cloudy golden yellow...not much head though. Aroma is seriously tangerined out mixed in with heavy yeast notes. The flavor starts all soft in a light banana realm and then quickly moves into a flush of heavy clove spice that moves even more quickly into a rush of sharp tangerine notes, blending beautifully with the clove. Fairly spicey and somewhat bitter finish...I really dug this.
Angeloregon (2023), Portland, Oregon, USA Apr 1, 2008 From a 12-oz. bottle--Poured a nice clean copper-orange body with a small white top. Floral, fruity, orange nose. Mild, slightly bitter and creamy. Nice session beer. IrishBoy (2243), Bakersfield, California, USA Jan 14, 2008 12 oz bottle from Brewdad; nose of tangerines and light wheat; looks like watery orange juice with a small white head; flavor of tangerines, a little hefe wheat, but not banana esters or spiciness; finish is some light hop bitterness. BrewDad (1805), Olympia, Washington, USA Jan 10, 2008 12oz Bottle – Brewery – Kennewick, WA

Aroma – A light wheat aroma with a slight fruit presence. I mean slight.
Appearance – Golden yellow color, hazy with a thin head.
Flavor – A mild wheat flavor with a very light fruit flavor in the end. This was a hugely missing the flavor it advertised.
Palate – Weak dry and light Mouthfeel.
Overall – This was A horrible brewed beer. The flavor was scorched and the fruitiness was totally missing. I will be going back and I will check this beer out again at the brewery.
fakepurseninja (600), Washington, USA Nov 1, 2007 Not nearly as bad as what I expected. The tangerine is Very Very VERY much key to this drink. The banana is evident as is the yeastiness, but the tangerine really is overpowering - which may be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. Very sweet, almost High-Fructose-Corn-Syrup Sweet. Nice as a novelty drink, not really wheaty, except with a nice wheat maltm mellow bubblegum-wheat finish - Closer to a Sunkist Soda than a Hefe. I do recomend it though.
