Ichnusa Birra Speciale

Bottle. Dull gold with a small white head. Aromas are corn, peach and grain with floral notes. Flavours are sticky pear and apricot with lychee syrup. OK so far but the finish is terrible - stale, cardboard with a misplaced bitterness. Metallic notes with some sweet corn and gritty grain.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden to pale color with a white head. Aroma is grassy and grain. Has a refreshing harvest taste.

Esattamente 1 (uno) grado più forte della sua controparte ’normale’, ha di speciale il fatto di non avere nulla di speciale; non è neppure di puro malto: gli ingredienti sono gli stessi, con il granturco (per non dire mais che suona più economico) in bella vista sull’etichetta posteriore. Alla fetenzia dell’Ichnusa normale si aggiunge un sentore pernicioso di alcool (a 5 gradi!!!! ma come si fa???? bisogna impegnarsi!!!!!) che ha dalla sua soltanto il fatto che aggiunge un po’ di pepe al sapone del finale. Sì, perché ’ste robe qua sembrano gli intrugli che facevo da piccino per le formiche.

Pale lager, says it is brewed in Sardinia, but the adress is somewhere in Milan. Another Euro lager that is on the boring side. Easy drinking, a slight bitterenss and a whiff of flowers in the finish.

Bottled. "Speciale Anniversario". Dense and enough persistent foam. Yellow clearly color, much limpid and enough firm one; it deprives of beads. Medium and simple scent. Fresh and simple taste. Discreet alcoholic intensity. Light and evanescente finish.

Light blond color. Simple beer, with a light malt character, some hay flavor, dry; very bitter end.

Malty and light alcoholic aroma with acid notes. Dark golden color. Light sweet, quite malty with hints of acid. Pithy with More acid in the finish with a light dry, bitter finish. Nice but overall
