| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 17, 2006 Clear, yellow gold with a thin, condensed white pad that managed to hold on for dear life and even left some evidence behind on the glass. Subtle, clean grainy nose, anything else and I would be lying. Pasty, sweet malt in the mouth, slightly starchy but light and crisp. Hints at fresh ploughed wheat malt, subtle barley malts, clean and cautious. No real hop definition, no real bitterness, but it isn’t unbalanced. Finish is clean and crisp despite becoming frothy in the mouth as it warmed. Not my style yet there is nothing I can really point out to differ it from the rest of the Medo’ lagers. Average at best.
