Draught at the brewpub. Good, fat banana aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Big stable off-white head. Like their bionda, the flavour is very dry. This one does not show other signs of infection, though, but I guess that hides better in a wheat beer. There is still some banana, and a hint of paper in the finish. OK, were it not for the driness.

Draught @ Brewery tap, Giardino della Birra, Lambrate, Milan, Italy. Muddy medium yellow / orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, sewer. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (071107)

Cloudy orange. fading creamy white head. Very estery nature where strong banana and candied bubble gum, honey melon and kinda sweet fruity flavours make it more sugary than most. Still, the authentic body, foamy and with a firm bite ensures a certain balance. Soft, bready malts feel perhaps a bit thin ultimately as the carbonation cuts the flavours shortly.

Cloudy orange color; yoghurt-like head. Nice aroma, spicy, malty, esters, banana, green apple. Weak mouth sensation, dry; really too watery! And too simple final.
