Rating #97. Orangish dark color with a nice white head, held up real nice after three days. Aroma was very nice, piny with a little citrus. Flavor was pretty good as well, a little thin and one dimensional, but a very quaffable brew. (1054)

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Sep 1, 2009 Clear, golden orange in color with an off-white head. I’m not sure why Bristol brews this under this label but whatever. The smell is slightly hoppy with some caramel malt smells. The taste starts out hoppy with a little citrus (not much) and some bitterness and then fades into a nice malty aftertaste. This is pretty good although the mouthfeel seems thin to me. What does the name mean, I’ve never heard of Wet Mountain?

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 16, 2009 Bottle. Light notes of roasted and light bread for the malt, moderate resin and grapefruit peel for the hops, light soap for the yeast, and hints of brown sugar, pepper and a faint berry-like fruitiness. Head is small, between fizzy and frothy, off-white, with, good lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy, dark orange/tan. Flavor is lightly sweet and moderately acidic to start, and is lightly sweet and acidic, and moderately bitter in the finish. Palate is medium, oily, has a carbonation between soft and lively, and finshes lightly astringent. The resinous smell bumped up the aroma point total in this well crafted IPA. jbye4334 (710), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Dec 22, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Poured the usual happy IPA head of good duration with nice lacing, over a slightly cloudy body....nose very mild, bit of pine, bit of grapefruit, with some organic chemical overlay....tastes chemical, but finishes with appropriate hop bitterness, and more grapefruit. There was an odd off taste which suggested the bottle was going bad. Taverner (870), San Ramon, California, USA

Has a nice bitter finish, not much hop presence but it does have a nice dry/sweet balance that works. The malt profile is great, but they could use some more hops. I would guess if this was dry hopped and served in cask, it would be amazing. kyzr (1127), Belgrade, Montana, USA
