troyc (938), A ’moist’ county, Texas, USA Dec 20, 2007 (Tap) Pours a light amber color with almost no head. Sweet, fruity aroma. Light hop notes in the taste. The fruity taste almost seems like a flaw. Could have been more hoppy and had a better mouthfeel. Not particularly good. Cornfield (4255), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Aug 18, 2006 From the tap this poured a pale amber with a white head that had no desire to do any lacing. The aroma is faint, but it presents some sweet caramel covered by grapefruit anmd pine hop scents. A bit thin, but I can forgive them that because of the hops. The grapefruit gets almost juicy in the flavor, balancing out nicely with the sweet malt. Good crisp, bitter finish. Pretty decent.

SkyinBrian (397), Collinsville, Illinois, USA Sep 6, 2004 not sure i got a good sample of this one. ill try later to try it again and re rate. it was very sweet and a little watery. a good deal of citrus flavor, but that didnt taste like it came from the hops. Drnk_McDermott (1537), Downers Grove, Illinois, USA Aug 12, 2004 Draft, at IBC. I can definitely find the Cascade hops advertised on its description, but I didn’t find it to be especially hoppy for the style. Still some fruit taste that may be more from hops than esters. Terminus (1955), Illinois, USA Jan 9, 2003 Wonderful pale ale-the aroma was very piney/hoppy with a tad darker appearance than say SNPA-lots of lace and a smooth palate with a strong emphasis on Cascade hops. A good brew from an interesting brewery
