Aug 19, 2002 Very nice seasonal bock, decent head retention, lots of malts in the nose & in the front of the flavors, gold color, very little hops to speak of but some did poke through in the aftertaste

amber color with a small white head.
a rather malty beer with a lot of caramelized malt sweetness. also had notes of butterscotch and toffee.
minimallyb hopped but a faint hoppy bitterness does come through.
