after a couple of weeks on the west coast it was a bit of a shock to taste what passes for an ipa in these parts. pretty light in flavour. some light lychee in aroma and a little extra kick but nothing else to separate it from a blond ale

Very lackluster IPA. It’s hoppy but lacks in flavor overall. Very bland on the palate to the point where I almost didn’t taste it. Pours a bright orange and produces very little head. I for one was very disappointed.

15.7og. Bright orange with decent carbonation and head. Thin, but spicy with hops throughout. It was unbalanced but refreshing,

This was a really good but rather mild IPA. Nice and smooth with not an over the top bitterness. Recommended.

Solid American style IPA, fresh brewed and on draft. Loads of hops (cascade, cluster, columbus?) and beatiful lace.

Hops, of course, with a vaguely plastic aroma, a titch of orange, and a sweet honey-like quality, though I don't know that everyone who takes a whiff will agree. Slightly oily consistency, sweet, syrupy, a zing of bitterness, and moderately lively carbonation, along with a bite of alcohol. An adequate concoction but a bit unfortunately unattractive in spots. Golden yellow color.

Golden, amber colour. Sweet body, dries to a strong hop finish. Hopping level would indicate an English IPA, as opposed to a Northwest hop special. Pretty decent representation - touch of heat at the end.

Part of a sampler. A ho-hum IPA. Nothing special. Had a hit of a bitter taste.
