Bright metallic gold body with a pure white head. Mild pale malty nose with light diacetyl. Crisp and lightly bitter with some butterscotch notes. A forgettable kolsch.

Light colored yellow Kolsch with slight sweet maltiness to it. A clean tasting beer that’s unoffensive, nonmemorable and quaffable.

Poured a pale golden color ith no head or lacing. Light dry straw, toast and sweet caramel malt aroma. Taste was very watery, with more dry straw and wheat, with just a touch of sweetness. I don’t believe I need to go back to the Independence brewpub again.

Light hoppy aroma, floral. Light grainy malts, clean. Light amber yellow clear with thin white lacing head. Light body with light medium carbonation. Starts rather acidic and hoppy. Good floral character, mild malts. Finish is medium-strong bitter with dry bitter after. Heavier and maltier than Kölner Kölsch.

i really have trouble understanding why there are so many koelsches in america. it´s such a boring style, i don´t know if it has extra credibilty for being an ale but if so that is stupid. this was very pale, thin and bland, some lemonade and cheesecake
